2018 - Perth Holiday Adventure (16-30 October) day 9 Land of Giants and Walpole Inlet fishing

Day 9 (24.10.2018) – We all loved to stay another day at Coalmine Beach Holiday Park, Walpole WA.

In the morning we visited ‘The Land of the Giants” for the tree top walk and to discover the wilderness in the valley. The Valley of the Giants is an iconic region on the south coast of Western Australia between Denmark and Walpole. The area is world famous for the Tree Top Walk suspended 40 metres high in the canopy of the ancient tingle forest. Walking in the shade of their great canopy is refreshing. The air is filled with a refreshing and cleansing forest-floor smell, and the silence under the canopy makes the Ancient Empires Walk, awe-inspiring. In the afternoon we all went boating and fishing in both the Walpole Inlet and Nornalup Inlet.

Walpole weather: 21°/10°C.
