2022 > A family hike up Bukit Hijau in Penang

18.06.2022 - At 3.30pm, my family hiking Bukit Hijau in Penang, Ching Neng Bin was fortunate to meet his former colleague Mr Law Kim Choon, who hadn't seen for 40 years when working with him at Public Bank Penang. Finding an old friend is like finding a lost treasure and time flies so fast it seems like it was yesterday. From the moment we met in the parking lot to the hike to the top of the hill, we both had a lot to catch up with in our lives. Unfortunately, Mr Law Kim Choon had to go back as he had a dinner to attend. We also made new friends with hiker Thomas Lim and his wife Adelene Tan along the trail. Bukit Hijau is a 2km hiking trail through a secondary forest that is easy and suitable for beginners.
