Family members were heart broken and in tears when we heard of Hershey passing away in the morning of 30.09.2020 in Sitiawan. She was born in a pet shop from SS14 Subang Jaya on 15 Oct 2010 and was bought by my son Ching Jin Yuan a dog lover. Hershey was 10 years old in human age and in dog years was 60 (1 dog year = 6 human years). Losing a dog is like losing a family member and is a cause for mourning also. This Siberian Husky originated in northeastern Siberia as an endurance sled dog. In remembering my dog Hershey (RIP), append below are the photos of her growing up and passing away on 30.09.2020.

The Siberian Husky is a medium-sized working dog breed. The breed belongs to the Spitz genetic family. It is recognizable by its thickly furred double coat, erect triangular ears, and distinctive markings, and is smaller than a very similar-looking dog, the Alaskan Malamute.

We would sincerely like to thank the following persons:
(1) my son Ching Jin Yuan for adopting Hershey to the family in October 2010;
(2) my sister Ching Bee Geok for taking care and feeding Hershey till the last day;
(3) our good neighbour Josephine Koay for informing us early in the morning. Providing cloth for wrapping and paper box for putting Hershey. Helped to wrap and placed into the box;
(4) my sister Ching Meei Jin for allowing us to cremate Hershey in her coconut farm. Many thanks to all of them.
Three days before the passing away of Hershey on 30.09.2020, Ching Neng Bin gave her the last grooming with a good bath and a nail cut. Ching Bee Geok said that it was the last grooming before going for rebirth.

Sorry to hear of the passing of your dog! I had gone through that a few times. Hope she RIP in dog haven!

ReplyDeleteI truly know how it feels loosing a pet that gives us unconditional love without asking anything back in return. Sorry about your lost. Just thank god that this beautiful creature found you as the owner while on earth and you did your best taking care of him/her. The time has come for him/her to be with the angels above. RIP!!! 😥😥😥
