The 10 backpackers: Chan Hew Ley, Chew Leng Soon, Chia Kok Bin, Ching Neng Bin, Clara Leong Sook Wah, Joanne Tan Pheck San, Law Chew Siah, Nancy Ho Siew Cheng, Ng Yoke Ping, Ronnie Chin Keng Kok.

From the snow-capped mountains and nomadic yurts of Kyrgyzstan, to the legendary Silk Road cities of Samarkand and Bukhara in Uzbekistan, and the rugged alpine valleys and turquoise lakes of Tajikistan, this 20-day adventure follows the footsteps of merchants, explorers, and travelers who once connected East and West along one of the world's greatest trade routes. Along the way, friendships will deepen, stories will be shared, and memories will be created that will last a lifetime.
