It was a great privilege to witness the legendary Frances Yip perform live at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting. Her graceful stage presence and distinctive voice brought back countless cherished memories, touching the hearts of everyone in the audience.

From her classic evergreen hits to beautifully arranged favorites, every song carried warmth, emotion, and gratitude across generations. The atmosphere was magical, and the night became a wonderful celebration of music, memories, and appreciation.

Thank you, Frances Yip, for a night of beautiful songs and heartfelt moments that will remain treasured for years to come. A night of gratitude, music, and timeless memories.

The bus showed up to collect us at the "big tree" area in Sitiawan at 8 am.


Our bus ride from Sitiawan to Genting Highlands was really comfortable.


This excellent trip was skillfully planned by Sitiawan ACS-OPA member Mr. Jason Ling for a very affordable RM233 per person, allowing us to have a nice weekend together.


Ching had a pleasant chat with the driver, Mr Tamil, and praised him for his safe driving. During our journey, we stopped at Behrang R&R for a toilet break before eating lunch at Batang Kali. The journey was full of laughter, friendship, and the thrill of sharing special moments in the highlands.


Arrival: 12.30 p.m. With 40 ACS-OPA friends, we took a nice break from the scorching lowlands and visited the cool Genting Highlands - a wonderful retreat from the sweltering lowlands.

The atmosphere is fun, festive, and magical, like stepping into a fantasy carnival city indoors.
It gives a wonderful sense of holiday excitement, friendship, and shared memories, especially for a Genting getaway.

Those who have not yet registered as members must do so at the SkyCasino to receive a free lunch ticket and an RM20 bonus when playing the Jack Box.

With the ticket, we're getting ready to see Francis Yip's performance of the year at the Arena of Stars. She is 79 years old, a cancer survivor, and a winner with an unwavering determination to live and sing. We wish her many more blissful years.

We thoroughly enjoyed the concert, and it will remain a wonderful memory for all of us for a long time.
