2012 - Backpacking to Perth day 8

Backpacking to Perth
Cape to Cape of Margaret River Valley
07 Sept to 18 Sept 2012

Day 08 Fri. (14.09.2012) – visiting friend and shopping

We went to Garden City to shop at Coles, Woolworths, Kmart and Myer.

We visited Aunty Pauline Toh’s friend, Ms. Wong Mee Lang and hubby Nga Nguk Kong who have migrated many years back to stay with their children. I met Mr. Ting Wong who happened to be a friend of my brother Ching Neng Shyan.

In the afternoon, Monica took the ladies for another round of shopping while Dave took the guys to Mega Music Academy a musical instrument shop and Bunnings Warehouse a large hardware shop.

Back home at Seah’s Haven, we had another fantastic dinner; Monica served the Tacos a traditional Mexican dish composed of corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling and followed by fruit and chocolate fondue.
