As invited by Victor Choo from the HTCC Cycling Club, my son Caason and I accepted the invitation and joined them for the 43.3km bicycle ride from Subang Jaya SS14 to Klang and back in 1:58:41 hour on 18.06.2017. Ten of us left Subang Jaya SS14 HTCC shop-house at 7am sharp and returned home at 10.13am. It was a cool morning ride along the federal highway. What we all enjoyed most was the fantastic breakfast at Restoran Seng Huat Bak Kut Teh. Yes! It was truly a fun and makan ride! Looking forward for more rides to come. Many thanks to Victor Choo for the invitation.

HEAVY TOOLS CYCLING CLUB (HTCC) started somewhere in June 2011 when 3 good friends: two of them brothers (Ah Seng and Ah Heng) and bicycle shop owners.

Seng Huat Bak Kut Teh since 1979 is popular known amongst Klang folks as "Under the Klang Bridge Bak Kut Teh", because of its close proximity to the said bridge.

Save the drive to the land of bak kut teh and instead, take the train. Once you've made a stop at the Klang KTM station, it's a short walk to various Klang food institutions: Seng Huat for both soup and dry versions of bak kut teh, banana leaf rice at Yap Kee, kopi and soft-boiled eggs at Chong Kok Kopitiam, and hibiscus coffee at Seraph Awaken. Walk off your meal and take in the sights at Tengku Kelana Street.

17.06.2017 🚴🏼 51.95km cycling to Tropicana Aman

A 51.95km bicycle ride from Subang Jaya to Tropicana Aman and back in 2:39:27 hour on 17.06.2017. Five of us (Caason Ching Jin Yuan, Ching Jin Wei, Ching Neng Bin, Joel Loo and Mervin Jared Gan) left our Subang Jaya SS14 home at 6.13am and returned home at 10.15am. It was a cool morning ride along KESAS and LKSA highway and there was no hot sun in the morning.

Our first stopped was at Bandar Rimbayu township under IJM Land situated adjacent to Kota Kemuning Shah Alam. Our second stopped was at Eco Sanctuary (309 acres) by Eco World Development Group Bhd. We passed through all the beautiful show-house units. Our last and furthest stopped was at Tropicana Aman a walking and biking community. Tomorrow we are cycling to Klang for the famous bak kut teh.

Our first stopped was at Bandar Rimbayu township under IJM Land situated adjacent to Kota Kemuning Shah Alam. The Bandar Rimbayu Township has developed 15% out of its allotted 1,879 acres land adding new entries to the Bandar Rimbayu Township.

The Bandar Rimbayu Township is connected to five major highways that take you to, well, almost anywhere – KESAS, LKSA, SKVE, ELITE and WCE – and as a result of its centrally located address it also boasts both accessibility and seclusion from the hustle-and-bustle of the city.

25.03.2017 🚴🏼 34.4km cycling to Bukit Jalil

My children bought me a Hummer mountain bike for my 2017 birthday gift. For my adventure, my first ride was 6.30am on the Kesas Highway from SS14 Subang Jaya towards Sri Petaling and to the National Stadium at Bukit Jalil and back to SS14 RT Cabin, Padang Assam. A fantastic 34.4km in 1:49:06 hour ride except for my buttock pain. Looking forward to the next ride to Kota Kemuning which is about 50km.

The National Sports Complex or Kompleks Sukan Negara buit in 1995 is the largest sports complex in Malaysia. It is located in Bukit Jalil, 20 km south of Kuala Lumpur. Described as the "sports complex in a park", it was the only one of its kind in the country or region when it was fully developed. It was officially inaugurated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, on 1 January 1998 ahead of the 1998 Commonwealth Games in which it staged the Games' opening ceremony.
